*CANCELLATION POLICY*
Your gym membership is not under a contract and is a month to month subscription. You are also not being charged a membership activation fee. Like any other gym membership, you will be billed monthly whether you never show up or show up everyday. You may cancel your membership at your discretion but must do so AT LEAST 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. The cancellation request MUST be done so IN WRITING so there is a clear record of the request and a digital time/date stamp so there is no confusion for either party. If you fall inside the 7 days or go past the next billing cycle, you will be charged for that next month before your membership is cancelled. You must maintain an active and current membership account (without a past due balance) to be able to attend classes.
*FREEZING YOUR ACCOUNT:
We understand that things come up and life happens: family issues, extended work obligations, etc. The academy is happy to provide each member the ability to freeze their account one time during a time period that the member deems appropriate. After this initial account freeze, any subsequent occasions will be accompanied with a $99 reactivation fee to reinstate your membership. This is to prevent misuse of the account freeze as it has been an issue in the past. If you feel that you have a special need/y, please contact Chris Holdsworth directly to discuss potential solutions.
