
Chris Holdsworth is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, undefeated former professional mixed martial artist, and winner of the Ultimate Fighter on FX season 18 . With more than 20 years of martial arts experience, Chris has competed at the highest level of MMA and built a respected career as a fighter, instructor, and professional coach.
After retiring from competition, Chris became a head coach at Team Alpha Male and worked in more than 50 UFC corners. He has coached elite athletes including UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody Garbrandt, Josh Emmett, Chad Mendes, Darren Elkins, Paige VanZant, and Cynthia Calvillo.
Today, Chris owns and leads Chris Holdsworth’s Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Orangevale, California, where he teaches beginner and advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kids’ martial arts, and kickboxing in a structured, supportive environment.
