Chris Holdsworth is an undefeated former UFC fighter, winner of The Ultimate Fighter Season 18, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and experienced martial arts coach. During his professional career, Chris trained with elite striking coaches including Master Thong and Duane “Bang” Ludwig.
Chris and his coaching team bring high-level knowledge into a supportive Orangevale academy where complete beginners and experienced students can improve safely and consistently.
